Call Center Training
This
program is designed to teach students to interact with customers in a
manner that is both efficient for the company and satisfying to the
customers. This course focuses on grammar, American pronunciation and
accents, and offers an overview of call center work. Content ratio:
approximately 90% English training, 10% customer service in a call
center setting.
