A
retired member of the U.S. Air Force, Michael has 25 years of
experience in both training and management, including over 18 years of
experience in the Philippines.
Arvin's
experience in the call center industry has enabled him to pinpoint
specific areas of English and speech that agents need to improve on. He
holds an A.A.S. degree from Middlesex County College in New Jersey and
a B.S. degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He also
teaches music at the British School Manila.
Charisse
is a graduate of St. Francis School in Hawaii. She holds a degree in
Hotel and Restaurant Management from De La Salle - College of St.
Benilde. She has tutored English extensively, and has served the hotel
industry for more than three years, doing sales and marketing, before
joining American English.
Jonathan
grew up in Bradenton, Florida and moved to Cebu in 2000 to help run the
family business. He attended Manatee High School, graduated from the
Academy for Applied Training and later attended the University of San
Carlos in Cebu to pursue a degree in Business Administration.
Marie Bismonte grew up in New York City and has four years of experience in the field of education.
She has formal TESOL training with TEFL International and graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from Hunter College of the City University of New York.
She also received her Masters of International Affairs degree from Columbia University, New York.
She is a published writer and a photographer and has worked many years for the United Nations in New York where she extensively used her communication skills
Matt B. Giles :Originally from New Jersey, Matthew Giles is a 2004 graduate of Rutgers University with
a B.A. in English Literature in addition to holding TEFL Certification from TEFL International.
He has taught ESL in Latin / Central America and Asia,
beginning his career teaching Business English for inlingua, Costa Rica. Prior to becoming an educator,
Matthew spent 4 years working as a successful legal recruiter and business consultant in New York City.
